We have a commitment to home grown and local produce. It is lovely to have Peter, Billy, or Sean call to us daily with a van of fresh produce.
The fisherman, the cheesemaker, the dairy farmer, the baker, the Dromquinna Manor Kitchen Garden, are all local and their produce is delivered in season and bursting with flavour.
