Delivery & Returns – The Lansdowne Kenmare

DELIVERY

Delivery Times

  • Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: 3–5 working days

  • Mainland UK: 7–10 working days

  • All other locations: Timeframes vary by destination — please contact us for tracking information.

Products on our Site are subject to availability. Delays may occur that are outside our control, so any delivery dates provided are approximate.

Taxes & Import Duty

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS

Please inspect your goods within a reasonable time after receipt. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected (this does not affect your statutory rights).

If we are not notified within 7 days, we may consider the products to be of satisfactory quality and may be unable to accept a return at a later date.

We want you to receive your goods in perfect condition, just as they left us. If items purchased through our website have been damaged in transit, we will refund or exchange them. Please return any damaged or unsatisfactory items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to:

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns should be posted to the address above within 7 days of receipt.
If the return is due to a defect or a discrepancy in your order, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the full original purchase price and applicable delivery costs.

The faulty or damaged product must be returned to The Lansdowne Kenmare before a refund or replacement can be issued.

When returning items, please retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, the cancellation cannot be processed and the order will be considered valid; you will remain liable for full payment.
