Validity Monetary gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of issue, in accordance with Irish consumer legislation. Redemption & Availability All vouchers are subject to availability and the hotel’s operating calendar. Advance booking is required and guests are asked to quote their voucher reference at the time of reservation. Presentation of Voucher The original voucher, either printed or in digital format, must be presented on arrival in order to be redeemed. Non Refundable & Non Exchangeable for Cash Gift vouchers are non refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Use of Voucher Gift vouchers may be redeemed against accommodation, dining or other services at The Lansdowne Kenmare unless otherwise specified on the voucher. Experiential Vouchers Experience based vouchers are valid for the specific experience for twelve months from the date of issue. If not redeemed within that period, the voucher will automatically convert to a monetary value equivalent to the original purchase price. The remaining balance may then be redeemed against goods or services at The Lansdowne Kenmare for the remainder of the five year validity period. Lost or Damaged Vouchers Please contact the hotel directly if your voucher has been lost or damaged. Replacement may be issued at the discretion of management and proof of purchase may be required. Complimentary / Promotional Vouchers Complimentary, goodwill, promotional, charity auction, sponsored stay, prize, influencer, media or donated vouchers are issued at the discretion of The Lansdowne Kenmare and are subject to specific availability and restrictions. These vouchers: Must be declared at the time of booking and prior to confirmation of any reservation Are subject to availability and the hotel’s operating calendar May not be redeemed during peak periods including bank holiday weekends, school mid term breaks, Christmas, New Year, Easter, special event weekends or other restricted dates determined by management May not be used in conjunction with any other offer, package or promotion May not be exchanged for cash, credit or monetary value Are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing Have no resale value May be limited to specific room categories, dining periods or services Must be redeemed in a single transaction unless otherwise stated May require minimum stay restrictions during certain periods Expired complimentary vouchers cannot be extended or reissued unless agreed at management discretion The hotel reserves the right to refuse redemption where the voucher has not been disclosed in advance of arrival or where availability restrictions apply The Lansdowne Kenmare reserves the right to amend blackout dates and redemption restrictions at any time.
